Natural and accessible - like nature. Here you can enjoy the warmth while your gaze rests on nature's own performance, listen to the silence, watch the fish swimming and enjoy a cold plunge in the unknown UNESCO world heritage fjord Tafjorden.

Private: for those of you who want time only with friends and loved once.

We have an automatic door opening system which is integrated with our booking system.

IMPORTANT: When you book a time slot on our website, the sauna will open unlock 10 minutes before your session. Bookings must be made no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time slots. Once you arrive you turn on the heater by pressing the marked “ON/OFF” button for 4 seconds (count down on the display). Turn the heater off when you leave the sauna by pressing the “ON/OFF” button for 1 second.

We are located at the old ferry dock in Tafjord about 15 minutes from Valldal, 1,5 hours from Ålesund, 1 hour from Åndalsnes and 45 minutes from Geiranger.
