Payment
- Payment is made through our online booking system via Nets. We do accept VISA, Mastercard and VIPPS.
- The payment is binding, and you agree to the rules of use.
- Payment is due in total when booking.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be sent to kontakt@raein.no, and are valid from the date received.
- Cancellation within 24 hours after booking: 75% refund.
- Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before booked time slot: 50% of the total price is refunded.
- Cancellations shorter than 29 days before booked time slot: no refund.
Changes to your booking
Changes closer than 7 days prior to your reservation can be done. Changes closer than 7 days up to your reservation can not be made. Please contact us via email or phone number if you wish to change your booking.
