Tafjord Sauna Rules

Thank you for agreeing to these rules when booking the sauna:

• ONLY FRESH WATER ON THE HEATER - water tap on the red building.
• LOCK THE BALCONY DOOR when leaving the sauna.
• Own Responsibility: All activity in and around the sauna, including swimming, is at your own risk.
• Be careful with cold water head immersion when heated from the sauna.
• Attire: Use swimwear/towel and sit on a towel.
• Oils/Food: Sauna oils are not allowed. Do not eat in the sauna.
• Alcohol: Only allowed when booking private sessions. Max 2 units.
• Dock Area: Private property; no camping or prolonged loitering.
• Toilets: Toilet only available when Ræin Adventure is open.
• Trash: Dispose of trash properly in bins by the red building.
• UPON DEPARTURE: Lock glass door, wipe the floor and fill up w/fresh water!

We do not recommend using the sauna if you are: Pregnant, have a heart disease, have an infection, dehydrated, or use certain medications. Ask your doctor if you are unsure.
